1. What SiteRoster Is
SiteRoster is a self-service advertising directory that connects self-employed engineering contractors with employers and agencies. SiteRoster is not an employer, employment agency, or recruiter. We do not place, supply, introduce, or broker workers, and we take no commission on any work arrangement. Contractors and employers pay flat, recurring subscription fees to publish and browse profiles — never a fee contingent on a contact, interview, or hire.
2. No Verification of Qualifications or Right to Work
SiteRoster does not verify the qualifications, certifications, experience, insurance, or right to work in the UK of any contractor listed on the platform. All profile information is self-reported by the contractor. It is the employer's sole responsibility to carry out their own checks — including right-to-work verification, qualification checks, references, and any other due diligence — before engaging a contractor found through SiteRoster.
3. Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile information and confirm this at sign-up. Contractors are solely responsible for their own right to work in the UK, their own tax and legal status as self-employed individuals, and for any agreement they enter into directly with an employer.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for verifying a contractor's suitability, qualifications, and right to work before engaging them, and for the terms of any work arrangement they enter into directly with a contractor. Employers may not use automated tools to extract, copy, or bulk-download profile data from the directory, and must only contact contractors for genuine hiring enquiries.
5. No Liability for Work Arrangements
SiteRoster is not a party to any agreement, contract, or work arrangement made between a contractor and an employer. We accept no liability for the conduct, performance, qualifications, or right to work of any contractor, nor for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a work arrangement made via the platform.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SiteRoster after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
